We proudly serve 4 house beers brewed on premise year round, along with a variety of seasonal and specialty brews with up to 14 selections at any given time.
Kettle Sour – Lemony Sour BOMB. Kettle soured and fermented with fresh lemon zest. Dry hopped with Azacca, Motueka and Southern Cross. This beer will make your mouth pucker.
A grisette is a simple Belgian farmhouse-inspired table beer. Pale and hazy, this grisette is brewed with wheat and spelt and dry hopped with Motueka and Hallertau Blanc hops. A soft body and mouthfeel paired with a distinct dry hop makes this an easy “session” drinker with a great aroma.
A fuller bodied, bitter grapefruit Bomb. Brewed with Marris Otter Golden Promise malt, rye and caramalt, this DIPA has the body to stand up to pronounced bitterness and grapefruit. Aggressively double-dry hopped with Chinook, Citra and Simcoe for a citrusy dank aroma.
Porters traditionally carried heavy loads on expeditions. This is a basic porter strong enough to stand up to richer dishes on our menu, but medium in body and bitterness – a middle of the road workhorse for your drinking pleasure.
Copper colored “East Coast” IPA – Juicy American hops, hoppy aroma
